To take a currently redundant production line (based on provided technical drawings), restore it to full operational status, ensure seamless integration of all mechanical and electrical components, and develop a user-friendly Human-Machine Interface (HMI) for real-time monitoring and status display

Project 2: CNC Milling
A CNC miller is responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC milling machines to precisely cut, drill, and shape materials according to technical specifications. They read and interpret blueprints and CAD models, write or modify G-code programs, and ensure machines are properly calibrated and maintained. CNC millers monitor machine operations, perform quality checks on finished parts, and make adjustments as needed to meet tolerances. They also ensure safety standards are followed and maintain a clean and efficient work environment while collaborating with engineers and other team members.

Project 3: Jig Assembly
Responsible for assembling precision jigs based on technical drawings and specifications. Tasks include preparing and inspecting components, using hand and power tools for accurate assembly, aligning and securing parts to meet tight tolerances, and conducting quality checks to ensure functionality.

Project 4: Compact Sorting Bin Kit
Although it has long been utilised in the industrial sector and institutions of higher learning, the application of microcontrollers in the teaching and learning process (T&L) at Vocational Colleges is still infrequent. The goal of this research was to create a Compact Sorting Bin learning kit based on PLC. Tanjung Puteri Vocational College was the place of this research.
